Ever since quarantine started (and let’s be honest: even before that), my fitness has fallen off the to-do list. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about staying in shape. But with gyms closed and so much going on in the world, my fitness just hasn’t felt like the most important thing. 

But then I got to thinking about everyone who’s struggling with their health right now. I thought about my mom who passed away at 50 years old. I thought about the people whose physical strength has held them back from their dreams.

Then I realized: Health is Wealth.

Imagine a life where you’re financially independent. You’re living your dream of walking on the beach each morning, free from the clock, exactly like you wanted. But wait – a few steps later, you’re already out of breath.

What’s the point of growing your wealth if you’re not going to be able to fully enjoy it? And more importantly, how can you build a legacy when your health is on the line?
